Making an appointment is super easy - the women that work in the office are super responsive and helpful! I never wait for a response from the office. Dr. Brattner is kind and gentle. He has a very frenetic energy about him though, he's always popping in and out of his office and treatment room like he's in a constant rush to do something. I had 5 visits with him and we had made a follow up appointment but I never received the confirmation text and I never followed up afterwards. Odd experience but he helped my sciatica!
The team here is extremely friendly, supportive, and very transparent about pricing. My tailor SOULEY worked on three items for me and I am super impressed with how my garments looked afterwards and his honesty about how he would tailor the items. Though it was simple alterations it made a huge difference thank you, Mikhala for your help with appointments and the price breakdown and thank you, Daniel the store manager for your hospitality and advice about my Alterations as well.

Today, I had my first micro needling session with Radgana at Long Island location. She approached the procedure with gentle touch and impressive depth of knowledge. Rather than rushing through, she took her time and thoroughly explained post treatment precautions with great care. I will definitely go back again and get a package for other treatments.
This was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! After she did an analysis of my skin, she recommended doing the hydrating facial bc it would be the most beneficial for what my skin needs right now. I left there with glowing, hydrated skin and I couldn’t be happier! I will certainly be going back monthly. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Sam is a master at coloring, cutting/styling and blow outs. I have been going to him for five years and each time I walk out after my appointment, I feel amazing. I get so many compliments on the color, the cut and the blowouts. Sam helped me after I was ill and lost a lot of my hair. He made me feel good about myself during the entire regrowth and I attribute my healthy and shiny hair to him and his expertise…never, ever going anywhere else. A million and one thanks Sam!!

I recently visited this place for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how they did my nails! I got a beautiful double blue ombre style, and I will definitely be going back. Gina did my nails, and she was fantastic, while the manager took care of my toes. They even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to finish up my services, which I felt a bit bad about, but they were so kind and didn’t make me feel guilty at all. I only noticed that they were supposed to close at 6:00 when I walked out at 6:30. They're truly dedicated, and I think the community should definitely support their business!
