I originally came from Long Island but now live in Brooklyn. My 3-year-old son recently needed a stronger prescription for his glasses, and I was becoming so frustrated trying to find an optical shop that could properly fit him. Every pair we tried would constantly slide down his face, and he was looking over the top of his glasses instead of through them.
I decided to make the trip back to Roslyn Eye Centre, and I am so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding.
Kevin took the time to carefully fit my son and gave me honest feedback about his current glasses. We both agreed they simply didn’t fit him correctly. He was patient, thorough, and made sure my son was measured properly so his new glasses would fit the way they should. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered. They truly made me feel like a person, not just another customer.
To make the experience even better, they offered to ship my son’s new glasses to our home so I wouldn’t have to make another drive from Brooklyn to Long Island. That level of customer service meant so much to me.

Today, I had my first micro needling session with Radgana at Long Island location. She approached the procedure with gentle touch and impressive depth of knowledge. Rather than rushing through, she took her time and thoroughly explained post treatment precautions with great care. I will definitely go back again and get a package for other treatments.
This was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! After she did an analysis of my skin, she recommended doing the hydrating facial bc it would be the most beneficial for what my skin needs right now. I left there with glowing, hydrated skin and I couldn’t be happier! I will certainly be going back monthly. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Sam is a master at coloring, cutting/styling and blow outs. I have been going to him for five years and each time I walk out after my appointment, I feel amazing. I get so many compliments on the color, the cut and the blowouts. Sam helped me after I was ill and lost a lot of my hair. He made me feel good about myself during the entire regrowth and I attribute my healthy and shiny hair to him and his expertise…never, ever going anywhere else. A million and one thanks Sam!!

Yes they provide exceptional therapy but they also are experts at diagnosis, testing, offer group programs, and partner with schools and local businesses. Came in with bad highlights that were grown out. Was not sure what I wanted to do but Gabriella Norah took over and I had the BEST balayage I have ever had. The color is fantastic! Also had a good haircut and blowout. Gabriella did it all this in a timely fashion and was very professional and friendly. I recently visited this place for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how they did my nails! I got a beautiful double blue ombre style, and I will definitely be going back. Gina did my nails, and she was fantastic, while the manager took care of my toes. They even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to finish up my services, which I felt a bit bad about, but they were so kind and didn’t make me feel guilty at all. I only noticed that they were supposed to close at 6:00 when I walked out at 6:30. They're truly dedicated, and I think the community should definitely support their business!
