Highly recommended! Very experienced, great communication, kind and did a great job on my shoes. I brought a difficult project in. I had made my own pair of boots, but needed help with the soles and heels. Mike took the time to really consider the project, helped me by completely resoling the boots and had me come back several times to make sure they fit and that I liked what he was doing. He also explained to me what I should do the next time I try making my own shoes. I'm convinced he can do anything.

I took a pair of shoes that are too big into Michael's Shoe Repair. Michael said he could try to make an adjustment but that it would be expensive. He suggested that I try other alternatives first. I was impressed with his helpfulness and his honesty. That is worth everything.

Amazing show repair shop with outstanding fast customer service. The owner was kind and attentive. He fixed another customer's watch in less than five minutes and he fixed my belt in just a couple minutes as well. You also cannot beat the prices here. Best shoe repair shop in the area. You must try this place out if you have any broken accessories.
