We enlisted the help of SERVPRO for fire cleanup and mitigation work and I can say with full confidence: they are absolutely the best in the business, bar none.Throughout the process (from initial estimate / scoping to demo to cleaning), Dan and his team were punctual, thorough, attentive and most importantly: efficient.In work like this, I’ve seen companies intentionally slow roll mitigation / set themselves up for change orders, go to war with insurance companies and generally, have no regard for the client. We had a basement mold problem.ServePro first suggested we get a mold assessment report and they recommended investigators. We were very impressed with the report (Roberts Environmental).ServePro’s estimate was detailed and comprehensive.
