I had such a wonderful experience at Karina NYC in Greenvale yesterday. I actually do not live in the area, but I am extremely particular and I get Russian manicures regularly, and when I asked around for recommendations, at least five different people immediately told me to go to Karina NYC — no other place was even mentioned. Now I completely understand why.
I went in for a Russian manicure and pedicure with Anita, and from the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of. Anita was meticulous, knowledgeable, and clearly takes so much pride in her work.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Barry, the manager, and Karina, the owner, and they were both so warm, informative, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. The entire experience felt thoughtful, elevated, and personalized from start to finish.
I already have my next appointment scheduled and I’m so looking forward to coming back for a facial, exploring more of their products, and trying some of their other services. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, expertise, and such genuine hospitality so seamlessly. Highly recommend!
We had such a great experience at this dance studio! The instructors were patient, talented, and made every lesson fun and enjoyable. Kristi never hesitated to go to the property and FaceTime so I could see things as they really were and ask questions if something required additional scrutiny. Countless times she went above and beyond what was required. Even after the closing and before we moved in the new house, she ran over and checked some things out for us. I've had the good fortune to work with several good real estate sales people over the years but Kristi is definitely the best.
Phenomenal salon with top notch hair care. I followed my hairdresser here many years ago and she is fantastic (I’d give you her name but then she’d be too busy to see me, ha ha!). I’ve watched the other stylists working and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. Plenty of parking.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and gave me a lot of information on the products I was looking at. They also have a large selection of products. It’s my go to for skin care as well as some of the best candles out there.
I have been on a recent adventure to find the perfect nail salon in this area because I just moved here. I’ve tried several places and this is by far the best in terms of quality and service. They are very sweet and they do a great job and the prices are great. I would skip the extra massage that’s offered when you’re getting your nails done because it’s not particularly special but other than that everything is awesome And this will be my spot for a long time.
