My sales representative Sergio Sanchez was very knowledgeable, always responsive, courteous, and the upmost in professionalism. We are undecided but if we do move forward it will be with Sergio and Pella windows.

Jeff was incredible. Not only did I understand what the company could offer me with Pella doors but after he left I actually understood what I should look for in a door and company. I felt like he actually cared about the client truly understanding what we were going to purchase. I really appreciated the time I spent learning from Jeff. I know that going further I will be so much more educated in this part of home owning, buying doors. Something you think you don’t need to know until your in that moment, overwhelmed by all the choices. Thank you Jeff, you def left a lasting impression on us.
