First off, we are completely satisfied with the outcome of this project. Our windows look amazing and definitely appear high end. With that said, it is a notable difference in pricing between Pella and other companies we have quoted but so is the difference in quality. We were also very happy with the customer service from our consultant, Taran. It wasn’t just about a sale, it was about matching us with the right product for us and it was followed by a great installation by Ravi and crew. Smooth process, I wouldn’t hesitate to do another project with Taran and the team at Pella🙂

Pella replaced windows in my home in Crown Heights Brooklyn, there were one of the only companies' that had historically accurate wooden windows for my home, my consultant Taran M. was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, the installers treated my home like their own, I am very happy with the original experience and would reccomend pella windows and doors for historically accurate windows in nyc.
We just recently ordered sliding doors from Pella and Michael Inglese was our salesman. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer any questions that we had. He was great with communication and always got back to us in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Pella and definitely ask for Michael as your salesperson.
