I find value in knowing what tests were completed by my optometrist, as he explained them in an understandable manner. Pre-testers and opticians were also very friendly and efficient. “I chose to place an order because the company is a reputable local business with competitive pricing.

After purchasing a pair of glasses, I was later informed that the frames were out of stock and no longer available from the brand, and my order was canceled. While this was disappointing, I appreciated being notified promptly. I did notice, however, that the same frames were still listed as available on the website and could be added to the cart and checked out, which was confusing.

That said, communication was clear, and the refund was processed quickly. I would consider ordering again due to their pricing and professionalism, and I hope inventory accuracy continues to improve to prevent similar situations in the future.“
