Optometrists in Elmhurst

“You have to look carefully to find the vision center. It's on the first floor of a residential building. I came here since they accepted my healthfirst insurance. I searched for a local spot in elmhurst. The pictures you find on Yelp are old photos since they moved 2 blocks away from the old spot. The staff is helpful and nice. The eye doctor exceeds my expectations, seems to be very caring, and wanted me to be covered fully by my insurance by not paying out of pocket. He is very knowledgeable and has 20+ years experience in this field. He answered my concerns and questions. I recommend this location for everyone.“

“Dr. Lopez is fast, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I went in today with my deaf mother and he was very helpful and my mom continuously told me how impressed she was at how through the visit was and how kind Dr. Lopez was with her. She was very happy with the visit and so was I. Currently during covid you may have to wait outside the office for about 15 minutes because of there being too many people inside, so arrive early for your appointment. Staff could be a little bit better but having worked with customers before I know how busy one can get. No one can be perfect.“

“The place was VERY NICE & CLEAN & the all of the female employees were VERY NICE & VERY PATIENT with me, & to the other customers as well. The place was quite relaxing to me & nice music on the ? radio playing ? while I was waiting for my turn to get some service. I also discovered that they had some VERY INTERESTING & VERY NICE frames for the Eye ? glasses. ? They were very cool & colorful too for me to choose from too! However they were expensive & my insurance was probably no longer covering them like they used to though. ?? The waiting was long & quite crowded, but overall the store was REAL Nice & the experience was worth it on my VERY FIRST visit. Personally, I think ?? I might even go back to this Eyes & Optics NY store plus it's close to Elmhurst Hospital! ?????“
