Dr. Katsev is incredibly thorough and truly takes her time with each patient. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. There’s never a long wait—something I really appreciate—and the staff is always helpful, sweet, and professional. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I’m so genuinely satisfied with the care and service I’ve received. Highly recommend!
Dr. Katsev is the most attentive optometrist. She spent the time to run a variety of tests, explained the results of each one and even helped me find the frames I liked. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere in the store was pleasant.
