I have to say that I love their new store right off the Sunrise Highway. I have been coming to this Cohen's store inside the Green Acres Mall but it was always a hassle; now I literally park and walk in. The new store is beautiful and equipment is modern and new; the glasses selection is great as always. Same friendly staff and quick turnaround time.
Maria was awesome at this location. I called, she told me come in, had an amazing smile, was super helpful, pricing was given, and she was able to give me contacts and glasses within an hour. I was shocked, other places told me 3 weeks.
Then Igor came out as I was about to leave. He told me, stay a while because we might have your glasses to you sooner. So I’m here sitting waiting to get my glasses done “on the spot.”

Exceptional customer service provided by Adrianne. She is very good at what she does, very patient and makes sure customer leaves happy. I went to Cohen needed new glasses and couldn't make up my mind but she went above and beyond to help me, and l left the store very happy . She is a fantastic sales representative and a great asset to the store .
