“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

“I really like East River Medical Imaging. I was sent here for an ultrasound and arrived early expecting it to be packed. The wait was minimal as they greeted me upon arrival, checked me in, and had me wait at most 10 minutes before I was called in. The office was quiet and clean. The receptionist were lovely. The tech doing the ultrasound was straight to the point and had me in and out in no time. I now only go to East River's many locations for my imaging needs over every other imaging center in the city. It's always a great experience at all of their locations and they really do accommodate you if it's a rushed service that's required.“
