What I really appreciate is how transparent she is about pricing. She clearly breaks down the rates and explains the process, so you always know what to expect. She’s also very experienced and honest—if she thinks a certain design won’t work or suggests a better alternative, you can trust her judgment.
I genuinely look forward to my appointments and to seeing what creative design Joyce and I will come up with next.

As soon as we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The studio was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I was extremely happy with my classic dark brown lashes. They looked natural and beautiful. My daughter went for a slightly more dramatic 2D set, and she absolutely loves them.
We were both very pleased with our experience, and we will definitely be returning to Nami’s studio the next time we get our lashes done.

My new Nobilia kitchen is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and perfectly installed. The seamless lines, the integrated handles, and the craftsmanship are outstanding. The white glass backsplash adds a stunning touch of elegance and reflects light beautifully, giving the kitchen a bright, airy feel. The countertops were fabricated and installed with precision, and every cabinet panel lines up perfectly.
The bathroom renovation is just as impressive. The large-format marble-look tiles give the room a spa-like, luxurious feel.

Sam is one of the best shoe repair specialist that can never be replaced ! I had 6 pairs of shoes needing heels and soles . Prada , Proenza Schouler , Club Monaco . All Italian shoes especially my Prada's are very dear to me because it's from my late boyfriend Joe. I had those Prada shoes for over 15 years and Sam did a fantastic job bringing it back to life ! I had the soles and heels all worn out and my mistake I didn't take the before pics , it's was really bad . And the photos below is a proof how Sam takes care of his craft ! Amazing guy ! He also does dry cleaning and watch repairs and alterations ... Very reasonable price , and the service goes a long way , his sincerity to me as a customer will make me go back to him and bring more people in for his business ! Thank you Sam I appreciate you!!!!

My mom had taken me to this place and there were lots of people waiting for the barbers, and that once it was my turn, the barber cut my hair from long to short. The barber was very nice, kind and gentle.
I am sooo happy I found this place!! This is the best Russian nails studio in NYC. Anastasiya kills it every time. They are soon detail oriented and precise here and take such good care of your nails. These sets last me about 3-4 weeks, which was never the case with any other place. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the area!!

The salon has a new management system that keeps everything running smoothly and well. I have been here since 2022 and only seen great improvements.
Since 2022, I have came here for pedicures and to the Ozone Park studio for my manicures- they do an incredible job. (Sammy and Angelica are my go to)
My only issue used to be the time management but with the new staffing, everything is situating nicely. I never have late appointments, the girls and front desk are always so kind. Natty herself is a gem.

I was a bit leery about going to a new chiropractor after several years of not going to one. Dr. Hoffman assuaged my concerns the moment he stepped into the treatment room. We spoke about all my issues and he conducted a very thorough assessment. He did not rush and made sure I understood everything. The time and attention spent on my spine was amazing. And the initial adjustment was godsend, it was as if the boulders of stress were lifted. Every subsequent visit has been better and better. I recommend his practice very much so.

She has done miracles in managing my pain. The atmosphere of her office is calm and quite, with spaced out appointments, allowing for a more privatized treatments.
