Such a great experience! Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the office is beautiful and in a super convenient location, and Dr. Xequiel Hernandez has been great. I always feel well taken care of and never rushed during my appointments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great primary care doctor in NYC!
The team are very professional. Dr Hernadez, bed side manner brings a humanity when he speaks with patients and their family. His nursing team are good dealing with the patients also. Many Dr’s know medicine but no emotional intelligence when dealing with patients. I sm very happy how they are helping me while recovering from a stroke and heart attack. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing care and follow up! Luna who operates their front desk is great to work with, diligent and follows through on her word. Not many pcp offices give this level of care these days, especially with higher end technology and interfaces through the apps and portals. But this practice blends both the digital and personal care seamlessly!
