“Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold.“

“I was very surprised by the negative reviews, as our experiences at this location have consistently been positive. A few years ago, we brought my son in and the staff quickly recognized that he had pneumonia. They were thorough, attentive, and would not allow us to leave until they arranged a transfer to Elmhurst ER, which I truly appreciated. During what was a very stressful and scary situation as a parent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable.

On another visit with my youngest child, we again received excellent care. The staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, and we never felt rushed. This location is also never busier than expected, and the registration process is always quick and efficient, which makes a big difference when you’re there with a sick child.

Overall, we’ve felt well cared for each time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.“
