My experience at American Family Care was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I never felt like just another patient. I was seen quickly, and the staff took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed with care. Dr. Williams and the medical assistant provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate how comfortable and cared for they made me feel.
Took my Mom to AFC Urgent Care on Sunday, June 1, 2026 with persistent coughing and shortness of breath. She was seen by Cindy Williams, NP and Emilie, CNA. She was placed on oxygen, and had a CXR and bloodwork done. She was diagnosed with Pneumonia and was transferred to North Shore Hospital ED in Manhasset. She was admitted to the hospital and spent 5 days there on IV antibiotics until her discharge on Friday, June 5, 2026. I am thankful for the attention and quick response of the staff at AFC in caring for my Mom. Everyone, from Registration to Discharge from AFC, was pleasant, caring and competent.
