I was very surprised by the negative reviews, as our experiences at this location have consistently been positive. A few years ago, we brought my son in and the staff quickly recognized that he had pneumonia. They were thorough, attentive, and would not allow us to leave until they arranged a transfer to Elmhurst ER, which I truly appreciated. During what was a very stressful and scary situation as a parent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable.

The full experience was great from start to finish. I called in to ask questions and Spoke To front desk Mia and she was able to answer all the questions I had prior to visiting the office when I came in. I approach front desk and Mia was there with a big smile and said she was the person I spoke to on the phone. The check-in process took about five minutes and I was in one of the rooms and I was talking to Dr. Turner. My vital signs were taken by a nurse and Dr. Turner took time to listen and ordered blood work. The nurse then took my blood and it was very painless.
