I have always been able to get on the schedule for the next day, and the technicians have always been very prompt, professional, and have done terrific work. Our most recent technician, Jordan, came yesterday to assess our leaking hot water heater, which needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and showed and explained everything to us. He came back today to install the water heater, and unfortunately upon pulling out the old water heater we discovered the problem was more than expected due to water damage. Jordan put me in contact with a water damage restoration service to help resolve this situation, and was still able to install the water heater so we at least could have hot water. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly, tested the water pressure in the bathrooms and made sure there were no leaks. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we appreciate all the time and work he put into this job.“
