I have always gotten quick responses when I have issues related to my water and the options to resolve them are presented in a clear and concise manner with the pros/cons listed for each. Prices are extremely fair. I had a water softener system installed along with a UV /pre-filter installed and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. “I fortunately have very little experiences with plumbers, All I know is when I hear other people mention plumbers, they talk about spending big bucks.I had an outdoor patio drain that I was 95% certain was plugged with mud, grass and roots based on my extensive, but feeble attempts to unplug the drain. Harris plumbing will come over to your home, and give you their educated guess as to what you are dealing with for $20 (that's a steal!). But then of course comes their suggestion which is all fixed prices. My technician, Sam (very professional and easy to deal with), felt a snaking was all that was needed (for $750) but if he had to use jetter or go in with a camera because he was unable to snake out the drain, he'd roll over half of the $750 into the next job.Fortunately the snaking was all that was needed, but it took hours. 9:30 to 2:30. Hand digging and moving heavy rocks was needed but he finally broke thru.Other places had quoted me $250/hour. At that rate the price would take been well over $1200. So I feel I got a relative bargain for the time it took.I would definitely use Harris plumbing again. They also do heating, air conditioning and other other things as well“
