“Cassidy Plumbing is now my first call for any plumbing issues.I recently had a bad leak in my well water tank late on a Thursday night and put in an emergency call to Cassidy. The owner [Patrick] got back to me [via his phone while he was out of the country] and told me which valves to close and power source to stop the leak for the evening. By the time I called the office in the morning the office staff [Bernadette & Theresa] had already known about the issue, ordered and located the right tank and was able to have their staff install it the same afternoon. So....in less than 24 hrs, Cassidy Plumbing was able to get our facility up and running by Friday afternoon before the weekend. Also, the cost was within the estimate which is appreciated because there are companies who would take advantage of a customer's vulnerable situation, not Cassidy Plumbing. I highly recommend them!!“

I suspected my well pump broke after some troubleshooting and Adams water systems came out within an hour on a holiday and were able to come and save the day. Jr and Ethan did an amazing job at pulling out my old water pump and getting me a nice new one all within the same day. They made sure everything was perfect and explained everything to me along the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone.“
“These guys have done A LOT of work in our house. They are really friendly and do a great job. They service our furnace and water heater, change filters, and installed our pump, charcoal filtration (which FINALLY got rid of the sulfur smell in our water), and water softener. This visit, I needed a new water heater. Within 24 hours my old leaky one was gone and a new one was installed. Finding honest, respectful and knowledgeable businesses is extremely hard these days, no one seems to take pride in their work anymore. In my opinion there has been a shift in the service industry to fast, sloppy, expensive and on to the next job mentality. Did not experience any of that with Peter's team.
