We chose Cassidy for my father in laws boiler because of price and availability last winter. We went with them for our house this year. They were efficient and knowledge and best of all, had the best price. I recommend them to my friend who is in the market for a new burner as well. I rarely recommend companies as I find most take shortcuts that I can spot easily.
Mike was assigned to my service call. He has performed plumbing repairs in my apt prior. He explained the source of the leak on the water heater, explained what needed to be done, and resolved the problem.
Joe C was great at not only fixing the corroded valves but also noticing an issue withba lwaking pipe. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue as well as a potential resolution to me. Highly recommended
