Rick's Pump and Water Service
“Service was great, had an emergency well pump replacement needed. Our old pump was 47 years old and finally died. Tom and team came out at noon and had us up ad running in a few short hours.”

Brookfield Plumbing & Heating
“Since moving here from California two years ago, this is the second time Brookfield Plumbing & Heating has come to our rescue in a pinch, and once again, they exceeded every expectation.
Our water heater exploded in the early morning hours, creating a total mess. We reached out right away, received a call back from Don at 7:00 AM, and Tyler and Shawn were at our front door in New Milford just 20 minutes later! Within a couple of hours, they had installed a brand-new water heater and fully restored our hot water. To top it off, they discovered we still had two years left on our old unit’s warranty—a huge bonus we didn't even know about!
Tyler and Shawn were not only fast and exceptionally skilled, but they were also incredibly nice, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find this level of customer care, speed, and honesty.
Brookfield Plumbing & Heating will always be our go-to team. Thank you so much, Don, Tyler, and Shawn for taking such amazing care of us!
