“I've used this family company for many, many years for every plumbing issue one can imagine- from ordinary everyday calamities and remodeling to a ceiling caving in due to old pinleaky pipes. This visit, I needed a new water heater. Within 24 hours my old leaky one was gone and a new one was installed. My home is older, with crazy small doorways and the property slopes down a zillion stone steps. This is wonderful for homeowner privacy and charm, horrid for appliance people. “Service was timely and reliable. After calling 6 Plumbers for a toilet leak, they were the only one's to get back to me the same day. We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. But they did it expeditiously and negotiated to give me a fair price for the second trip. I would use them again!“

“Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.“
