On February 1, 2021 we had no water during a heavy snowstorm. After doing some research we came across American Pump Service from Pawling. We contacted Mike and he said he would be here the next morning. He needed to replace our well pump , wiring and pipe. All this done in under three hours. Mike and his crew took away almost 300 feet of our piping and all other debris. They were all very polite, helpful and covid-19 safe. Now to top this off, when we were scheduling the appointment and Mike realized we were senior citizens with health issues, he offered to plow our driveway. I recently bought a house that had terrible water pressure and mineral build up. Mike came out immediately and fixed the water pressure. Told him some of the issues I was having. He tested the water on the spot. Told me exactly what the issue was. He installed a complete home filtration system. Couldn’t be happier with the results. He was very timely and his work was very clean. Couldn’t be happier with American Pump. Highly Recommend!
