Randy is extremely knowledgeable when it came to repair my 2010 MacPro tower. He spent the better part of the day navigating tricky and difficult problems that I am sure most repair people would not know how to tackle, or just give up halfway through. Unlike the price gougers I dealt with before, his price was extremely fair. Needless to say I would go back to should I require assistance again. I highly recommend him.

The best Mac repair shop in new york. So happy with the service there. Repaired two of my macbook pro 15" there, got everything fixed perfectly and the owner delayed back home to help me fixed the macs. Highly recommend to this shop!

I have MacBook Air 2017. Was try to update the monitor and the error screen pop out, try to restart and shut down same thing happen. I took to Apple service they told me most likely the hard drive is broke and damaged. So I took it to this store. Mr. Liu was very professional, as soon he see it he knows what to do and fix it within 45 min. And the price is very reasonable.Highly recommend.
