Came in for an opinion on my PC which ran into an issue when attempting to upgrade it, and the serviceman was very honest and kind when working with me on diagnosing the issue. Overall the problem with my PC was found to be a fried component, so I decided to build a new PC as an upgrade, but I really appreciated the guy lending me his experience and helping me figure out the problem.
