Joe was extremely skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues I had with my laptop and printer. He saved me hundreds of dollars. If any one is looking for a honest and competent technician, give him a call.
Joe was a great help! I had an issue with both my power supply and one of my memory cards. Joe was knowledgeable and experienced with both diagnosing the issue and and the repair. He informed me of my options in regards to the repair and possible next steps which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. He got my computer working again and even advised me on what I could do in the future to keep my pc working well. I would highly recommend his business.
