“Katie Stoeckeler, owner of Peace in Piermont, joined us at ICSC to conduct a workshop around Selfcare & Mindfulness. Wow! We were so pleased with the information and tips that Katie provided, especially the supportive advice she shared about how parents can incorporate healthy selfcare habits into their children’s daily activities, too. The breathing exercises she taught us were helpful and calming. Our team members voiced their appreciation when receiving the selfcare note pads that Katie provided, saying it will help them prioritize daily intensions in a fun and creative way. Thanks, Katie, for a thoughtful, interactive, and collaborative session!”
