As someone who is trained as a Yoga teacher and has been in the wellness industry and yoga world for over 20 years, finding an amazing yoga teacher is sometimes harder than one may think. Jamie hands down is one of the best. She is kind, patient and a master of her craft. I always leave Jamie's classes feeling different from when I walked in. Also, in my own practice of Acupuncture & Chinese medicine I prescribe Yoga for many of my patients. If they live in the Rockland area, I always recommend this studio! You are in the best of hands with Jamie Surya.

I was drawn from Westchester County to come to this beautiful studio in Piermont and it was the right decision.I felt very very comfortable and Jamie was just wonderful and I felt safe to practice and just let loose.I definitely will be coming back and I knew that it would work out so I bought a package even before I had went.Thank you so much Jamie for the studio and thank you for being such a wonderful and kind teacher.Eva
