I found the entire office staff to be welcoming and friendly towards us all; in particular, I truly appreciated how they all talked to and interacted with our daughter, and not just with us, explaining everything that they were doing and why. During the exam, I found Dr. Salam especially warm and engaging; she was kind and very thorough with finding the right prescription for my daughter's first pair of glasses. Afterwards, Daniel was very helpful (and sweet for letting her try on so many frames, in order to find the one she liked best!) In getting us all set up. At first I thought not, but with recent developments that they are going to attempt to Prior Authorize the medications I asked for- (instead of Restatis) I feel at ease, even with my dry eye being uncomfortable, painful, and just plainly put: an unbearable situation combined with my eye allergies and other atopic disease's that I have. Dr. Jordan Kassoff, MD is a really good personable doctor and an attentive eye specialist for dry eye disease. I stopped in needing a replacement nose piece for my sunglasses. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful—she mentioned that appointments are usually required but said she’d check. Within just a couple of minutes, she returned with two new nose pieces installed and said, “No charge. Have a great day!” Fabulous customer service!
