Been coming here for years since I’m from Schenectady, now years later I’m living in Albany and still going back to Consumer Optical!! They have amazing customer service, designer brands and they always stand by their work. The are phenomenal people to do business with!!
This is year 3 of me using them, and i enjoy it more each time. I never feel pressured into getting something I don't want. They also clearly explain insurance and rebates, which helps so much.
Dr. Karpinski is literally the best eye doctor I've ever had! I almost want to gate keep this place so ill never have to fight for an appointment!Shes so communicative and nice and after struggling at my previous eye place for 8 months trying to get contacts she got me right on my first visit.
