My experience started with a customer letting me wait before him. I was waited on within minutes by Devon and added to the queue. Not a long wait with 4 before I. My needs were met by that man Devon and then by his fellow worker where she took care of the rest and my glasses will be back on my face by July 29th. Courtesy, satisfaction, trust and care. Associate Devon was very helpful in finding frames to my specifications other than the displayed ones. He also explained exactly what the line items were on my bill. He was a very pleasant patient person. I did not feel rushed or pressured.
