“Had the greatest pleasure working with Ava. My (now) fiancée, wanted to work with Vale and despite this being my first time ever getting involved with rings, it was easy to plan, design, and ultimately purchase an engagement ring.
Ava was super accommodating as others have pointed out and worked with us despite our numerous changes (especially early on when we were experimenting with designs) and made quick changes to match our needs and preferences throughout the design process.
Ava provided ample information and kept uz informed of all things (costs, materials, time, etc) throughout the entire process. We didn't feel rushed or forced into anything (which is important considering we actually had a timeline to begin with) and everything ultimately ended up being faster than expected!

There were parts of the process where both of us were updated and some parts near the end where we (myself and Ava) decided to pull my fiancée out of the loop so it'd be more of a surprise towards the end as the designs were being finalized. This was great since my fiancée ultimately didn't know what the ring looked like even though we designed the ring together (mostly her preferences) which made the proposal process way better.

I got to check in on the ring and the stones throughout the process and would recommend Vale to anyone else interested! While we worked mainly with Ava, both Ava and Eva were very friendly and helpful!

“Well, let's say, to start, I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews I read about B2C. I also had a problem with my first order item not being available. Let me say that is where the problems ended, and the most amazing customer service began. Patrick and his team, Sam and Adam, were amazing. Not only did they make it up to me, but they kept in great contact with me throughout the process and purchase. All I can say is it was a pleasure to get such amazing customer service and a truly unique, beautiful piece of art. My wife loved the ring as it was what she described as wanting, and the team at B2C made it happen. From the price to the CAD drawings to the pics, and meeting a tight timeline for delivery by my anniversary. Everything was amazing.
