I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!

I had a stone from my grandmother that she left for me when she passed. I wanted it set and made into a necklace so I could wear it everyday and think of her. This meant so much to me. Lisa and Alan at Bianca Jewelers did an AMAZING job. It is exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with the result. They informed me of what the stone was and kept me in the loop the entire process. Quick, easy and amazing work!

can't say enough about Bianca Jewelers. Their selection is vast and just beautiful. The safe is lovely, helpful & very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They reset a diamond of mine and created a simply gorgeous necklace. Thank you so much ! A great find for jewelry (and repair too).
