I have a classic Movado watch that requires a jeweler just to open and change the battery. Bianca not only had the expertise to do that, but to see it wasn't the battery after all, and offered to send it for a repair estimate. A day or two later, the watch I was wearing lost a couple of hours (perhaps the stem was bumped?). I went back to change that second battery. They properly re-set it, saying the battery was fine. They wouldn't charge me for either assessment but could have charged me to replace the second battery without me knowing the difference. This family is nothing short of amazing. I remember my fiance spoke very highly of them for months after getting my engagement ring, and once I stepped into their shop and met them, I totally understood. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about all of their clients. Further, the final products are beautiful. The result of all three rings we have ordered from them now is better than I could have envisioned.
Lisa and Nora were so sweet! I went there to untangle a necklace and Lisa happily helped. It was untangled while I waited.. just in a few minutes. There was beautiful jewelry for all different styles. I am definitely going back!
