Had the greatest pleasure working with Ava. My (now) fiancée, wanted to work with Vale and despite this being my first time ever getting involved with rings, it was easy to plan, design, and ultimately purchase an engagement ring.
Ava was super accommodating as others have pointed out and worked with us despite our numerous changes (especially early on when we were experimenting with designs) and made quick changes to match our needs and preferences throughout the design process.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Vale Jewelry. I worked with Eva, and WOW her customer service is so spectacular that it will make you want to never buy jewelry elsewhere again. Eva spent extra time going above and beyond to make sure we were given the best care. The wedding ring and band that we received is literally the most perfect set my husband and I have ever seen.

I worked with Ava at Vale Jewelry to create a really special ring that incorporated my Grandmother's diamond and a moonstone to represent my daughter's birth stone. From the first video call, Ava and I clicked and she knew exactly what I was looking to do. Throughout the whole process she was so communicative and I felt my diamond was in the best hands.
