I am very satisfied with B2C Jewels. I saw the EXACT same GIA diamond on a competitor's website for over 2-3 times the price. Patrick and Adam were extremely helpful. I showed them a ring I had in mind and they created it exactly! I was even able to customize the ring to my exact specifications. I didn't even know they could do fully customizable rings. Price and quality cannot be beat! 5 stars! Thanks again Patrick and Adam!

Well, let's say, to start, I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews I read about B2C. I also had a problem with my first order item not being available. Let me say that is where the problems ended, and the most amazing customer service began. Patrick and his team, Sam and Adam, were amazing. Not only did they make it up to me, but they kept in great contact with me throughout the process and purchase. All I can say is it was a pleasure to get such amazing customer service and a truly unique, beautiful piece of art.
