I love my ring so much! I was pretty smitten with the idea of a rose cut stone and Frank Darling was one of the few places that offered them. I initially got one of the standard settings, but when it arrived it just wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. I have some sensory quirks and the stone sat flat on my finger; it made me feel quite claustrophobic and I wasn’t expecting that. The process of sending the ring back and selecting a different setting was so easy and Alyse was very accommodating. There was no additional charge for shipping it back or making changes, which was super nice and I’m so happy with the finished product.Thank you Frank Darling and Alyse ❤️

I can't say enough good things about Gia and Sierra! They were very patient with all my questions/concerns and put me at ease thru the entire process. Top tier customer service!Update: There have been some hiccups and frustration in the production process but so far the customer service has still been great in addressing the issues.
