My fiance and I worked with Frank Darling to design my engagement ring last year (he proposed July 18, 2025). We had our first appointment January 2025, weren't quite ready yet to make the choice, but went back April 2025 to pick the diamond. We met with Lily Dora in Jan, and Olivia in April. My ring is a modified version of the Symphony setting, with smaller side stones and a euro shank. Overall we had a pleasant experience with the showroom, but will preface that initially, they did the engraving inside of the ring upside down initially, which cause my fiance a LOT of stress leading up to the proposal. I don’t often write reviews, but Frank Darling deserves every bit of five stars: We couldn’t have asked for a better process. We called asking for an appointment day-of and August stayed late to accommodate us. They were extremely friendly, explained the process thoroughly, and were determined to find stones/settings that fit our exact taste. Would adamantly recommend to anyone looking for a ring.
