“I have a classic Movado watch that requires a jeweler just to open and change the battery. Bianca not only had the expertise to do that, but to see it wasn't the battery after all, and offered to send it for a repair estimate. A day or two later, the watch I was wearing lost a couple of hours (perhaps the stem was bumped?). I went back to change that second battery. They properly re-set it, saying the battery was fine. They wouldn't charge me for either assessment but could have charged me to replace the second battery without me knowing the difference. Maybe a small detail, but such expertise and ethics are precious. Bianca Jewelers' business approach is no doubt reflected in the quality of their jewelry as in their customer service. Would recommend them from baubles to batteries!”
