Richard has been a jeweler for over 25 years, and clients from upstate New York and beyond buy everything from him. Customers have been recommending Richard to all their friends, who then recommend him to their friends. Clients love the jewelry bought from him, and he is very reliable with repairs. One client had a diamond ring resized and it turned out beautiful; Richard was incredibly helpful and professional, and the ring was ready within a few days. Another client purchased an engagement ring, and Richard was amazing and such a gentlemen, helping through the entire process to find the best ring. For a chain repair, Richard offered an incredible turnaround time. He is a very nice, knowledgeable, and experienced professional who can offer extensive support. I am beyond thrilled with my new engagement ring and wedding band. In honor of our 20 year anniversary, my husband and i decided to re-set my diamond and after just one hour with Richard, he absolutely nailed it! It’s just what I was looking for. With his guidance, we selected a beautiful cushion-shaped halo setting surrounding my original diamond, with delicate, hand-engraving on the band - and it is just stunning. And so unique. We also picked out a new wedding band - and the two rings look beautiful together. It’s a perfect set and I couldn’t be happier. Wasserman Jewel Galleries is a rare gem! Recently, my husband and I visited the Galleries to consider a new setting for my diamond wedding ring and possibly enhancing it with additional stones.
