9 YEARS AGO: Visited at least four eyeglass stores in NYC before discovering CHARLOTTE JONES OPTICIANS. Went in to purchase one pair of UNIQUE eyeglass frames for myself and purchased three. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with and very,very patient with my husband and I (he purchased two very stylist frames after wearing basically the same boring wire style for 20 years). Looking forward to visiting this wonderful Optician again next time we're in town!“

“Saw breezm add in instagram, been wearing glasses forever and usually have problem with getting them to stay on. They always tend to slip. One point ordered one that was specifically built for “Asian noses “ but they still slid, so when I saw the ad that said about them doing a 3D view to make a custom fit I said to myself maybe this is finally the right one for me so I scheduled an appointment online and it was a breeze doing it. When I got there, Reggie met us and he was very courteous, and professional He offered us something to drink as soon as we sat. Explained every process along the way. It was so cool that they thought of everything when making the glasses, from the frame to the, bridge and temples were all separate pieces and specially with the 3D capture (they also had hair ties for your long hair) to really make sure they get a good fit. When I got the glasses, fitting in the store was good Reggie was explaining how adjustment was necessary for a proper fit. I had a great experience doing this. “Updated review: after posting a 1-star review, I received a call from the store manager who is working to make things right. I appreciate her accountability and customer service.

Original review: I was convinced to get my reading RX in the lenses of my sunglasses. Now can’t use them. The prescription and the polarized lenses makes them unbearable. I went to the Rockefeller store to get the prescription lenses removed and to have them replaced with regular lenses. I was told simply replacing the lenses would cost $130 and the salesperson say it would be cheaper if I just bought a new pair for $95. That is so unbelievably callous, wasteful and ridiculous! I reached out to customer service and they responded with, “We are really sorry this happened, and we understand the frustration it is causing you.” No attempt to make it right. They lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them.“

“Today I dropped into Sterling Optical to see if I could have my sunglasses tightened. They’ve been falling down my nose constantly for a couple of years now and of course the heat in summer makes it worse. When I came in I was greeted warmly by Suzette and she was able to schedule a fitting with Steve in only 30 minutes. He was able to quickly fix my sunglasses. Now they sit perfectly on my nose and no slippage! Why didn’t I do this years ago? And when I offered to pay, Suzette told me it would be no charge! This is NYC, who charges nothing doing something amazing?! There’s a reason their rating is so high. I’ll definitely be back to have my next pair of glasses done here. Ann Wong in particular helped me out and went above and beyond. She even spent 20-30 minutes going back and forth to adjust my glasses to make sure they fit perfectly and comfortably, ensuring they didn't leave weird creases in my head or falling off when I tilted my head.

Tony offers: Truly, Great customer service; way above: usually common good levels; which, are already, scarcely found, AnyWhere.

Pretty good typical roster collection, of: frame style selections; etc.; &, he, can do: some, special; &, custom orders; &, repairs; replacements; re-dos; research; reorders; readjustments; refunds; reschedules; and, has his own nice line of frames.

Anthony, often is: a, truly, Good; Decent; Honest; Caring; Kind; &, More, than: Fair Man.

Tony is honest for sure; But: Genuinely, Goes, the full measure, to: ensure: satisfaction; happiness; &, the, very best possible customer/client experience(s)!

As already mentioned, he treats you, w/: many, high degrees likemindedness; meaning: it is treating you, how he; &, his family, them-selves, would appreciate being treated, if, they; were paying for services; or: goods, from: somewhere else; themselves.

Tony, usually, does: go, the extra distances, to: always at least, give, the, reaction, in the most decent way at times, of being reasonable; and, polite; and, those values, are pretty much reflected, in: his, pricings; &, policies.
