“I had an amazing experience at Eye Contact Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful with picking out frames. The optometrist gave me a very thorough and precise eye exam, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. The turnaround time for my new glasses was super fast, and the team made sure the fit was completely comfortable before I left. Highly recommend them if you need a professional, friendly, and reliable eye care team! Also they worked with me to be able to pay off and afford my contacts!!”

“I have been coming to FSO for about 4-5 years, and the staff is exceptional! Cristina recently helped me find a great pair of glasses and was super sweet and helpful! I've never had any issues with this place nor the workers, HOWEVER, in my most recent visit, I was disappointed.
I brought my son with me, and all was good until my eye exam with the doctor. The doctor (I don't remember his name) behaved in a way I found inappropriate for a medical setting; I noticed what appeared to be an erection at the end of my exam, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. It was especially upsetting because my son was with me. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting in a professional medical setting, especially during an examination that requires close physical proximity to a patient.
I want to emphasize that my previous experiences with FSO and its staff have been nothing but positive, which is why I still gave them 4 stars, but I am extremely hesitant to return if there is a possibility of being examined by this doctor again.”

“Andre was one of the best optometrist to give exceptional customer service! I was referred to this location by their Jersey City location because they were able to give me same day prescription glasses unlike most optical business cannot do! The bonus was that their prices are also affordable!”
