I originally started at Redefine as an alternative to PT for my arthritic knee. I am hooked! Not only do I no longer experience knee pain, but I am the strongest that I've been in a while. Every trainer is highly skilled and patient. The facility is immaculate, and the environment is welcoming and friendly. There is an infrared sauna available in addition to offerings of kick boxing and nutrition counseling. I highly recommend Redefine if you are looking for more quality and personalized attention!
Came in to get my chain fixed and the owner Igor fixed it very quickly and for a very cheap price. Overall an amazing experience- super quick and painless and Igor was a delight to interact with.
Sean and crew did a fabulous job. We experienced a mini puff back which left an awful smell in the house and a much needed cleaning. The smell is gone now and the furniture looks great. Sean was a pleasure to work with - punctual, accommodating, and personable!

I have been going to shear bliss for years now and only trust Michelle after trying many places in Manhattan and never loving my hair after! The first time I went to her I got a balayage and cut. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked! It looked natural and blended perfectly. She took her time and ensured it looked natural, like I wanted, and I ensured I was happy. I will only go back to her for my haircuts and color- Never disappoints and I always leave actually loving my hair. Highly recommend!
Staff is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations if you are unsure of what type of cut to get. The barber took his time and was very professional and attentive. I ended up getting the exact cut I was looking forward to without knowing how to describe it myself. Facilities are clean and modern. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Price is very reasonable and the parking is easy to get in and out of.

Lisa assessed my dry/yellowish blonde hair, discussed desires, took action and executed flawlessly. She is a true artist and master of her craft. Not to mention, a joy to be around! I see a few professionals in this location. I get my hair done at Three Generation Beauty— I have been a customer of Alex and Chrissy’s for 16 years and they take care of everything involving my hair— color, cut, blowout, Brazilian straightening. They are amazing and I trust them completely. When I show up, I sit down and just let Alex do what she thinks my hair needs. If I want to change something up, she makes it happen. Incredible ladies, and over the years we have become close. It’s that kind of environment.
Right across the hall is Tickled Pink Nails & Wax where I get my mani and pedi from Luann. Holly does waxing there as well. Super friendly and welcoming. Then a few doors down I see Angela at Enhanced Beauty. Hydrofacials, microblading, and carbon laser facials are on my agenda, but she offers so much more! She puts genuine love into everything she does, and it comes out in her work. She works with many ages— I am 56 and my children see her as well— 26 and 16 years old.
When I find a personal service professional that makes me look and feel amazing, I stick with them, and I’m very lucky to have them all in one building! I highly recommend all of them.

In March of 2020, just as COVID-19 was exploding in New York, we moved my 91 year old mother from her beloved cottage by the Sound to live with family in Wisconsin. We were stressed to the max and wondering how we were going to sell Mom's house from a distance in the middle of a pandemic.Michelle was with us every step of the way, ALWAYS going above and beyond to make sure we covered all of the steps involved in preparing the house for sale and putting it on the market. She was absolutely trustworthy. At every turn she explained our options, but did not pressure us. Coach Realtors marketed the house far and wide, garnering strong interest from as far away as San Francisco. The contactless viewing process is something for the history books, and Michelle was fastidious in every respect.In the end, we sold the house at a good price to the perfect buyers, people who will truly enjoy it and will renovate the cottage to bring its charm into the 21st century. Although we had an agreement and downpayment from the buyers in June, getting to closing took much longer than anticipated - because COVID - but Michelle communicated with us at every turn and gave stellar customer service throughout. If we could give 6 stars, we would.
I cannit find dr. Boutis, even though he is listed on the freestanding sign on Crystal Brook Hollow! The office looks empty. Weird.

i called an made an appointment. when i went in i met butterfly and she asked what was sore and i told her my back and neck. she then worked on my back and got the mussels relaxed then she did a great job on working out the knots so i was able to move my neck without pain. i would definitely recommend butterfly 100% for her skills.plus the place was clean and the rest of the staff were very nice. mark

We called Mona Lisa Tailoring on a Wednesday. Explaining we needed a rush alteration on a wedding gown. FOR FRIDAY MORNING. She took a deep breath and invited us to come right away. Once there, we explained a bit of what happened and she was in. She hemmed the gown. She added the cups. She steamed and fluffed the gown and slip.... and on Friday Morning we had the most perfectly altered bridal gown for a 130 pm bridal dressing!!!!! We are so lucky it is the off season. She has always been a great local treasure for proms and weddings. But to be willing to work with us at that speed was a gift. Pressed. Stitched. Perfect.
I’ve been using TC cleaners For close to 10 years, they are the best!!! I forgot to bring my husband’s dress shirt to get cleaned for a wedding that we have on Sunday. It’s Fourth of July weekend I brought it in on Friday, She had it back to me at 1 o’clock On Friday. Are always friendly, always polite they go out of their way to help their customers.

Dr. Cardinali and his staff are absolutely amazing. Our dog needed emergent surgery and he didn't hesitate at all to help her. The outcome of the surgery was an extreme success and he truly made such an impact on our family. The staff is extremely caring and always does their best to help us when needed and to have our dog be seen. We are forever grateful for Mount Sinai Animal Hospital!

I also had a Pedicure with Nichole and she was great also, she was able to fix the mess a prior pedicure had caused . I was a regular at this salon for years and the new owners are just as nice and welcoming. 😊💅🏻
