I chose CMM for my emergency septic tank pumping because Robyn, who took my call, was very pleasant and professional. She detailed the costs for the service (nothing was hidden) and assured me that they would have a truck at my home that same morning. I will continue to use CMM because the service was top-notch. The serviceman (I believe his name was Jose) understood the problem, explained what needed to be done, both immediately to fix the problem and in the future to prevent recurrences of the problem. After pumping the septic tank he made sure that there were no restrictions in the waste lines from the house and that wastewater was flowing freely from every toilet and shower. Once everything checked out fine he filled in the access hole to the septic tank with soil and even raked and graded the area. I plan on using CMM's services again in the Spring to aerate all five of my leeching pools. I highly recommend CMM to anyone having problems with their septic system.
As an engineer working with CMM Site Work has been great. They give plenty of notice for field inspections, keep a clean site, and their Installers are competent and respectful.
