Michelle Madtes was an absolute joy to work with. In March of 2020, just as COVID-19 was exploding in New York, we moved my 91 year old mother from her beloved cottage by the Sound to live with family in Wisconsin. We were stressed to the max and wondering how we were going to sell Mom's house from a distance in the middle of a pandemic.Michelle was with us every step of the way, ALWAYS going above and beyond to make sure we covered all of the steps involved in preparing the house for sale and putting it on the market.
