Gabriella genuinely cares about whatever look you are trying to achieve and makes sure you are happy with the results. She goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and fit them into her schedule. Her salon is in a quiet part of a nice safe town and conveniently positioned next to a nail salon for those looking to prepare for an event and don't want to rush around.

Gabriella has been coloring, cutting and styling my hair for 3 years now and I can't recommend her enough! The shampoo head massages are excellent. She takes care to rinse the back of your neck and never leaves color in your hair as has happened to me at other salons. She always knows exactly what my hair needs to keep it in the best condition. Her blow outs are always spot on. Gabriella listens to you and what you want to achieve with cut and color. Her rates are competitive and you always leave the salon satisfied and looking great! I can also recommend the salon for make-up and spray tans as the MUA, Gina, is excellent and also listens to what look you are going for....read full review

I’ve been a client at Duchess and Lord’s right from the start! The shop is beautiful and their service is phenomenal...from hair styling to the specialty cup of coffee they offer! Dawn is great! She has been my hairstylist for over 20 years!
