This is a husband and wife own business. Their work was impeccable. Since I found them, I never had a cracked nail, a broken nail, or a chiped nail. Everything was always on point. They decided to sell the business. I'm devastated that they decided to close up shop, leaving me and their other patrons having to look for a replacement so far, no luck.

Plenty of colors to choose from and ladies were more than willing to help me choose when I was being indecisive (surprise surprise). It was my first time here but while I was there, Catherine was incredibly kind, making sure I was well taken care of and offering coffee/tea/water and seemed to know almost everyone that walked through the door by name and even asked about their family by name! I heard about Christy from my neighbor after seeing how beautiful her hair looked with the hand tied extensions. I immediately booked an appointment with Christy to see about getting the hand tied extensions myself. Christy was available to meet with me for a free consult within the week of my inquiry and I absolutely loved her. She matched my hair perfectly and cut my hair after installing the hand tied extensions to blend them perfectly. I’ve had them on for about 5 months now and I don’t see myself taking them off anytime soon. Christy is so knowledgeable and does not let the extensions damage your hair. It’s definitely maintenance but Christy’s salon is absolutely beautiful, she offers you complimentary wine when you walk in, and it’s fun to visit every 6-8 weeks for a hair lift. I had microderm ablation with red laser, she uses a diamond head. My skin is soft and I am not too sore. First treatment and I can feel and see a difference. Great job 👍 2nd treatment in 3 -4 weeks.

After not giving up on finding our issue, he found the AC unit with a leak, and then noticed the water heater seemed too hot - to further figure out the exhaust through the chimney was blocked! He cleared it and saved us from a potential fatal carbon monoxide issue. Couldn’t be more grateful for the efficient, excellent work!!
Gary's great. I had him service my Navien combi unit. He didn't play games with pricing like some past guys I've used. He also didn't try to sell me on unnecessary parts replacements like my old guy. He pointed out some things in my set up that he didn't love but said replacing them at the moment wasn't a must.
He was very knowledgeable about the unit and the pricing was fair. He's my new Navien guy.

Ambassador just completed our entire house rebuilding, renovation and extension after a major fire damage. As everyone can see, it is beautifully done.
We chose Ambassador because it has very good online reviews as a long standing licensed GC in the Town of Oyster Bay and Gary the president impressed us with firm commitment to help get the job done in our insurance imposed timeline and our budget limit. Ambassador has a strong presence in mid Long Island with decent showrooms giving us more confidence that we can rely on. We had our architecture plan ready and Gary captured our requirements quickly right to our needs. His team also demonstrated the same military-like execution style of decisive moving forward from same day estimate, or next day adjustments, through morning command and evening done, with professional teams in and out, till all streamlined building process is firmly completed to industry standard and town codes.
The project took 9 months (including 3 non-stopping winter months while waiting for architect plan amendment on structural changes) with 3882 sqft completely redone except basement and ground level for renovation, plus outside peripherals and some foundation work. Jeffrey was assigned as our project manager and is very passionate, resourceful, responsive and friendly. He would meet me 7am (or whatever time convenient for me) to go over status and requirements as often as needed, and send me evening pictures to show progress and results. If there's any question, I can always reach him by phone and text message, and he will address issues and concerns almost immediately to responsible teams for quick action. We worked on a good faith basis and had deep mutual understanding and respect to get the project going on very well till final satisfaction from both sides. Jeffrey also stretched his effort with the team to help manage the cost so everything more or less fit our budget limit. Whatever not covered, we understand it's on our own.
As a brand-named general contractor, Ambassador hires well-known professional teams to do electrical, plumbing, and mechanical all certified work. They have solid masonry team and skillful carpenter as well to custom build everything nice and clean. They will do all their best to meet and exceed expectation to let all feel proud of the work. There were occasional unexpected factors and third-party dependencies not in our control so we chose to forgive and accommodate, yet we would still try our best to help each other to meet expectation at least. In some cases, Jeffrey himself would sacrifice his personal time and interest to fulfill his commitment. I really appreciate it. Thanks to their experiences in this type of project, all town inspections were positive and the final one was very friendly and accommodating for me the homeowner to get the CO smoothly.
That said, as a software engineer handyman, I do have very high expectation on quality and would pick a lot of details that probably only I for myself may aim 100%. Jeffrey did his best, and given the timeliness, reasonable price and overall solid quality with good result, I'm happy we hired Ambassador to deliver this great success in our case. Many thanks to Gary for his generous support to our family, and to Jeffrey for his dedication and effortless help above and beyond. I would recommend them to families with similar mindset and needs.

My husband and I chose Dependable Home Improvements along with Steve and his team to do a one-story audition to our L-ranch home in Massapequa. DHI completed the job on time and without any difficulties. There were many subcontractors needed, and Steve, the owner of DHI, was able to provide, coordinate and supervise all the work. Pedro and his partner Angel were mainstays on the job, and they were top-of-the-line mechanics and craftsmen. The finish work required precise measurements, tile cutting, staircase finishing, moulding installation and fine-tuning, and the men were on the job daily and consistently . The infrastructure work needed to be coordinated amongst the trades and Steve came through each time with the right people to perform the work. With a job this size, having a general contractor that was knowledgeable, confident, reliable, attentive, and efficient was the only way to get the project started and complete without any problems. A special note for Ashley, the office manager, who would always answer the phone or call back whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you to Dependable Home Improvements for a job. well-done.

I’ve been going to Back To Health for a few years & and the staff has always been consistently wonderful ! Dr. Hillary and Dr. Corey are amazing Chiropractors and the Massage Therapists and sunny the acupuncturist are phenomenal!!! Special shout out to Uri the massage therapist!!!
This practice is wonderful. All staff is very warm and professional. I have had to make a few emergency appointments over the past few years and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. I highly recommend them if you need dermatology care.
I have been going to Patty Chun, PA for years. She is wonderful, she listens to you, she is so nice and you feel so comfortable with her and you know you’re in good hands. My whole family goes to her and I’ve sent my cousins and friends to her too and they all love her. The staff is so kind and nice too! We couldn’t be happier with the grooming service! Sarai was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind with our dog Blu. The attention to detail was outstanding—our dog looks perfectly groomed and so happy. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she works with. I just picked up our dog Winston and he looks beautiful. Kim is awesome she does great work. One woman show who does all the work by herself. It’s as private for just your dog only. I would absolutely recommend her.

I am 52 years old with peripheral atrophy and have never had a professional massage or Reiki healing session. Before my appointment I struggled to walk up the stairs from the pain. Upon entering the spa I was immediately met by a calm, comforting space and the smell was so welcoming.Chrissy knew exactly what spots were causing me pain without me saying a thing. Jen worked on helping the stagnant energy move along while Chrissy massaged at the perfect pressure. I also came in with a stuffy nose from the bad air quality and received aromatherapy to help clear and open my sinuses. I left and was able to walk down the stairs one foot at a time like a “normal” person with no pain or fear of falling. I highly recommend their Reiki Massage. I am looking forward to my next appointment where I will be trying out the Shirodhara drip. Contact them ASAP as they book up quick.
