I’ve had mixed experiences here. I’ve been here several times over the past 10 years. The last time the guy kept doing the same motion on my feet over and over. The time before it was like he was barely touching my feet. I should have said something which was my fault. I came here with my sister who has cerebral palsy that affects her legs. Her feet look a little different so the guy only massaged her shins and calves the entire hour. She was so upset and disappointed. I feel the quality has gone down over the years. There was a gentleman in this place who has magic in his hands.My feet were stiff and aching, I mean seriously aching. This sorcerer of a wonderful man rubbed the pain out and put it in a jar or something. Whatever it was he did, I'm going to need him to do it again, even though my feet still feel great.The back room was dim but not dank or creepy, there is the generic "relaxing" music, and the TV screen had a fish swimming on a loop. This was my first time at Happy Feet -- a treat by a friend. It was a fantastic experience. It was very relaxing & the massage was very soothing. After the massage my legs felt rejuvenated -- surprisingly I don't feel the pain in my right thigh & hips after this leg massage. Thanks for this fantastic leg massage.
