“Robert came highly recommended from a friend and when we had an issue with our dog he made it a point to come the same day I reached out.I was so worried I might have to re-home my dog because he was so anxious with my baby, but Robert assured me I wouldn’t have to make that choice. “We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!) Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so don't get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly! I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.“
“We love Dogtopia! Rikki always comes home smelling fresh and we can tell she's had the time of her life. The staff is amazing. Especially Alexis, Andrew, Kelsey and and Emily! They are an amazing business and we love knowing our dog is safe and happy.“

“I came in for a bearded dragon and the employee that helped me named Nicole was very knowledgeable about all the animals that they have and helped me figure out what animal would be best for me!“
“My dog Xena had a severe case of pancreatitis and wouldn't eat for 2 days (mind you, she never rejects food). I brought her in for an ultrasound and turns out her pancreas was very inflamed.They hospitalized her for a few days with treatments of antibiotics and pain meds. After the 2nd day there she the staff told me she was regaining her appetite back. Day 3 she finished a whole meal and was able to be discharged. They had her continue a course of antibiotic and she was all back to normal. Amazing Staff and Doctors!“
