“I’ve been coming here the last couple of months and I must say everyone I have seen has been wonderful. The only complaint I have is that I’ve been charged different prices for the same services. One of my nails broke and I was offered to apply a tip to my nail which I’ve done here before at no charge, but recently they tried to charge me $5. I’ve also gotten my nail shape changed before at no cost, then was charged $5 at another (separate) visit. The inconsistency in pricing is a hassle, I normally tip $10 for whoever is doing my nails, but this time I was hoping the owners would give that $5 they charged me to the lady who did my nails. If anyone needs recommendations on who to see, Lily and Vivian are both amazing.“
