“Since our return from winter vacation, we had been noticing hints of a small intruder in our house—holes in boxes and bags in our cabinets, and eventually mouse droppings parading across the washer and dryer. We are too squeamish to attempt to trap or kill a mouse, so we went to Angi and described our plight. Immediately, three local businesses were listed. Brian at Thoroughspect reached out to us right away. He set forth a plan to assess our 95-year-old house, checking all the vulnerable areas from attic to basement. One member of his team came out and inspected with camera. Brian offered an estimate based on those photos and a three-man team arrived to set traps, seal our house and reinspect.
Today, there’s not a mouse in sight, the house is restored to order, and we are two satisfied customers. Worth every penny.

The inspector came 2 hours after I called, was able to identify the source of a mouse infestation that we’ve been dealing with for months, and that has eluded previous exterminators. “I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good!
