Our house had a consistent flow of mice in both the lower level and attic level. Trapping/exterminating proved to be a very short term fix. After evaluating a number of different solutions we chose to go with Brian/Thoroughspect. An exhaustive evaluation of all the cracks, crawlspaces, and openings inside and outside the house appealed to us as the most permanent and humane long term solution. We recently used Thoroughspect Animal Control to help bat and pest proof our house. We were very pleased with the work that was done. Brian and his crew are professionals and courteous. He was very clear on his communication and the work was done as promised. Brian is also very cognizant of doing things the right way to minimize harm to the bats. He was generous with his knowledge, and pointed out a number of other things that I could do to improve and protect my home. I highly recommend Brian and Thoroughspect Animal Control!

We recently finished the basement of our house, which is 125 years old. I wanted to make sure the investment was protected by keeping rodents out. Be sure to be present when Brian does his initial inspection. You will learn so much about your home, not just about the procedures to seal the house. He gives many DIY tips (eg, how to properly set up and drain a dehumidifier, properly sealing HVAC duct work, what do to about carpenter aunts noticed in outside tree, and many other tips).
