“when my basement recently flooded, you offered free inspection of my furnace & hvac. Thank you Jim for being so professional, kind, friendly for making this very overwhelming situation easier to deal with. Thank you HomeTown for what you've done for me & the entire community.”
“Jack did an excellent job with clearing out my sewer drain. He explained what he was going to do and the cost prior to starting. He's an asset to your company.”
“My technician, Mark, was fantastic. He called 20min before he showed up. He was right on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and began working on it. He explained what he was doing and my a/c was up and running in no time. It was a pleasant, professional experience. I’m done with the other companies that try to take advantage of people when their heat, or a/c stops working just to make money. I’ll go with honesty any day.”
