“What a great experience hiring Monties Heating . My furnace was not working when I woke up ,the house was cold so I decided to call Monties heating , I read reviews so I called them . They were very busy and I didn't expect them to make it out today but at about 5.30 pm the owner Rob called and said he was on his way . Rob showed up he was uniformed and he even wore shoe covers . Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.“
“I called for service on my 40 year old boiler late afternoon on a Friday they were going to come out as soon as Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t make Monday work and I said Friday’s are best for my schedule they were very accommodating and put me first on their schedule for that next Friday. The day of service they were right on time. They went right to diagnosing my issue and figured it out right away. It was honestly an easy solution that I was careless to have missed. Regardless of my stupidity they did not treat me like an idiot and they took the time to answer questions I had about my system. They were very professional and it was a good value. “No problems with the work, but very expensive in my opinion. $300 to replace a bathroom sink faucet, literally a 30 minute job....Update...lol...except for the fact that the only quote you gave me was for the $70 service call. I know what it takes to replace the bthrm sink fixture, so I stand by my review of $300 for 30 minutes is extremely expensive.“
“Ray was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I requested a new HVAC system for my two story home and we are very happy with his recommendations. We were able to get ducted work on the second floor and mini splits on the first floor. He also was able to eliminate some of our old system that was redundant after the install. He was prompt and courteous as there was a lot of traffic in our home due to construction. I highly recommend him for any new or current HVAC work.“
